RMC partnered with Southeast Restoration across multiple years to support the company’s brand growth through full-scale event production, social media management, visual storytelling, and strategic content creation. The partnership focused on strengthening Southeast Restoration’s digital presence while documenting and promoting the company’s culture, leadership, customer-first approach, and community-driven initiatives.
Over the course of the collaboration, RMC produced a wide range of content including cinematic brand videos, social media campaigns, company culture storytelling, recruitment content, initiative-focused campaigns, event coverage, team interviews, and professional photography. The work also supported key company programs and initiatives including the Plumbing Leak Repair Program (PLRP), the PEER Program, SERV, and Southeast Restoration’s emergency services division.
Social Media Strategy & Brand Messaging
RMC managed and developed Southeast Restoration’s social media presence with a strong focus on consistent messaging, culture-driven storytelling, and brand recognition across platforms. Content strategies highlighted the company’s services, internal initiatives, leadership communication, recruiting efforts, and employee-focused programs while reinforcing Southeast Restoration’s values of professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and service.

Restoring Lives Summit & Annual Event Coverage
For three consecutive years, RMC captured and documented Southeast Restoration’s annual all-team event and Restoring Lives Summit through comprehensive video production and photography coverage. These events brought together team members from across the organization for leadership presentations, keynote speakers, employee recognition, worship and prayer, giveaways, company updates, and culture-focused team development.
RMC provided full-scale event media production including multi-angle videography, photography, behind-the-scenes coverage, recap content, and cinematic storytelling designed to preserve and communicate the energy, culture, and vision surrounding the event experience. Coverage focused heavily on authentic moments, leadership interaction, team engagement, and the company’s commitment to personal and professional growth.
The resulting content became a valuable long-term asset for Southeast Restoration’s internal communications, recruiting initiatives, social media campaigns, and company-wide culture development efforts.


Team Interviews & Culture Storytelling
As part of the event production process, RMC created a dedicated interview environment to capture authentic employee stories, testimonials, and team perspectives throughout the summit experience. Our team managed interview coordination, production setup, lighting, filming, and audio capture to create polished long-form and short-form culture content.
These interviews helped showcase the experiences, values, and personalities behind Southeast Restoration while providing the company with impactful media assets for recruiting, social media, internal communications, and future branding campaigns.
Video Production & Brand Campaigns
RMC produced a wide range of branded video content for Southeast Restoration, including social campaigns, initiative-focused storytelling, culture content, testimonial videos, and cinematic brand productions. One of the most notable projects included the SERV campaign video, which was produced end-to-end by RMC through concept development, scripting, production planning, filming coordination, music selection, and post-production editing.
The campaign incorporated firefighters and community-focused storytelling to reinforce the emotional impact and mission behind the initiative while strengthening Southeast Restoration’s identity as a people-first organization.
In addition, RMC produced brand-focused video content for Southeast Restoration’s emergency services division. Through cinematic production, operational footage, team-focused storytelling, and branded messaging, the project highlighted the company’s rapid response capabilities, professionalism in high-pressure situations, and commitment to serving customers during emergency restoration events.
These productions were designed to support brand positioning, customer trust, digital marketing efforts, and long-term storytelling initiatives across multiple platforms.
Photography & Creative Content Production
Alongside video production, RMC Marketing provided ongoing photography and creative support across Southeast Restoration’s broader marketing initiatives. Coverage included keynote speakers, employee interaction, candid moments, branded event details, worship and prayer sessions, award presentations, recruiting content, and day-to-day brand storytelling.
