

Tri State Enterprises
RMC partnered with Tri State Enterprises to provide full-scale event media production, strategic planning, and visual storytelling for one of the company’s largest annual customer and vendor events in Fort Worth, Texas. Over the course of two consecutive years, RMC traveled to Texas to capture and produce comprehensive event videography and photography coverage designed to document the scale, energy, relationships, and overall experience surrounding the multi-day event.
The event brought together more than 100 vendor booths and over 2,000 customers, creating a large-scale environment focused on industry connection, product engagement, and customer appreciation. In addition to media production, RMC worked closely with the Tri State team for months leading up to the event to help develop and implement the overall media strategy, content planning, interview coordination, and production execution surrounding the experience.
Beyond the event production work, RMC also partners with Tri State on ongoing automotive-focused media production, including branded vendor installation content filmed within RMC’s in-house automotive content studio.
Event Media Strategy & Production Planning
RMC Marketing assisted extensively in the planning and implementation of the event’s media strategy to ensure the final content accurately reflected the scale, professionalism, and customer experience Tri State aimed to create. This included pre-event production planning, content strategy development, scheduling coordination, interview organization, shot planning, and identifying key storytelling opportunities throughout the multi-day experience.
Our team worked closely with Tri State leadership and vendors to create a structured production approach that allowed the event media to serve multiple long-term purposes, including future event promotion, social media content, vendor relationship marketing, internal communications, and overall brand positioning.
Large-Scale Event Coverage
RMC provided full-scale media coverage across the entire two-day event experience, including cinematic videography, professional photography, aerial content, crowd coverage, vendor interaction, branded activations, and customer engagement throughout the venue.
The production focused heavily on capturing the atmosphere and scale of the event while documenting authentic interactions between Tri State, its vendors, and customers. Through strategic visual storytelling, the final assets highlighted not only the size of the event, but also the relationships, professionalism, and industry presence that define the Tri State brand.
Vendor Interviews & Industry Storytelling
As part of the event coverage, RMC Marketing coordinated and captured more than 50 on-site vendor interviews throughout the event. These interviews were designed to showcase Tri State’s vendor partnerships, strengthen industry credibility, and create long-form and short-form content that could be utilized across future marketing initiatives.
The interview production included structured interview coordination, on-site filming, lighting, audio capture, and content planning to ensure each vendor was professionally represented while maintaining a consistent visual and messaging style throughout the project. These interviews helped reinforce the strength of Tri State’s vendor network while adding a deeper level of authenticity and industry insight to the overall event content.
Live Streaming & Grand Prize Production
One of the largest production components of the event involved coordinating and executing the live streaming coverage surrounding Tri State’s $35,000 grand prize giveaway hosted by celebrity guest Richard Rawlings. RMC Marketing managed the on-site production and streaming logistics required to capture and distribute the live experience while maintaining professional audio, video, crowd coverage, and event pacing throughout the giveaway presentation.
The live production environment required extensive coordination due to the scale of the audience, the energy of the live event atmosphere, and the importance of delivering a seamless experience surrounding one of the event’s headline moments. The final coverage helped amplify audience engagement while creating high-impact content centered around the giveaway and celebrity-hosted presentation.
Private Rodeo & Entertainment Experience
As part of the overall event experience, Tri State hosted an exclusive private evening event at Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth. Customers and vendors attended a private rodeo experience alongside food, entertainment, and live music in one of the most recognizable venues in Texas.
RMC Marketing documented the entire evening through cinematic video production and event photography, capturing the atmosphere, entertainment, crowd interaction, and customer experience throughout the venue. The content from the evening added a strong hospitality and lifestyle element to the overall event recap while helping communicate the scale and uniqueness of the experience Tri State created for attendees.
Automotive Studio Production & Vendor Installation Series
